We offer free shipping to lower 48 States through out the store!

"Free Shipping" is ground level delivery. Driver will leave the packages outside of the main entrance of your house. If you have apartment address, we provide free upgrade to have the driver leave the package inside the lobby or leasing office.

Please make sure to leave your phone number when placing the order so the driver can call to schedule the delivery.

With $150 delivery fee, we can provide white glove delivery service so that your items will be delivered inside of the home and set up per your instruction.

We also offer shipping to Canada. For shipment to Canada, we will collet additional $200 to cover cost for the custom clearance and GST collected at the boarder. We will make it worry free for you to receive the goods from US. Due to boarder clearance process, please allow extra one to two weeks for the door to door shipping. If you would like to purchase items and ship to Canada, we suggest you to consult with customer support first before making the order.

Since our warehouse is located at the suburb of Seattle, customers near Seattle can choose IN-STORE PICKUP option. If you choose in-store pickup option at check out, we will credit $50 back to your account when we process your order and will contact you for pick up information. Order placed before 10am PST during the weekday can be picked up the same day. Order placed after10am PST can be picked up the next business day.

Receiving your Product

Tracking details confirming how your order will be delivered will be emailed to you once your product ships out. These tracking details allow you to see which carrier will be delivering your item and will confirm the type of delivery it will be. To ensure all our goods are shipped safely, we carefully pick the shipping carriers with good reputation for taking care of the shipment. You can be sure that your orders are in good hands.

UPS / FedEx Ground Shipments

For all ground shipments you will be able to track your package online on the carriers website. This information will allow you to see an “estimated delivery date” which will give you the opportunity to be at home when the package is delivered. If you are not able to be at home the carrier does have the ability to leave the package at the front door if they deem it safe.

Truck Freight / White Glove Shipments

If you see that your order has shipped with a Truck Freight or White Glove Carrier please be sure to inspect both the packaging and product upon delivery. If the packaging or product is damaged in any way please make sure to note the damage on the delivery documents. As we mentioned earlier, the carriers that we choose are reputable for taking care of shipment. In the rare case that things happen, however, we will need the delivery documents to prove to the carriers about the damage.
